It encourages you to think of your happiest moment, proudest moment and funniest moment of the week. Each day there is also a space for you to write about how you are feeling. You can share this with your special grown ups at home if you'd like? It's super important to talk about how we feel at the moment as it can all feel a little bit scary sometimes!
