This week I would like you to take some time to be quiet and calm.  You can find somewhere quiet to go, maybe inside your house or outside in your favourite spot in your garden? You'll know exactly where to go to help you to be peaceful and calm.  Now you've found that peaceful place I have found some perfect mindfulness colouring pages for you to do and when you have finished you can give them to a special person.  What a kind and caring person you are taking the time to create something to make someone smile!

 

I've also found some perfect mindfulness music for you to play, nice and softly as you colour.  Everyone can be peaceful.  You can ask a grown up to help you find the music then you will be safe.
